What size band would I book?

When deciding on the size of the band for your event, consider factors such as venue size, musical preferences, audience preferences, and the type of event. These factors will help you determine whether a jazz trio, string quartet, or an 8 to 15-piece band would be the best fit to guarantee an amazing experience brought to you by Visible Music Entertainment.

How soon do I need to contract entertainment?

Given the high demand for live entertainment, we advise our clients to secure their entertainment and other key vendors well in advance. Many clients may think they are ahead by starting their search for a band a year or even two before their event. However, in reality, if you're researching vendors that far ahead, it's likely that others are doing the same. Typically, the top entertainment options are booked early. To secure the best entertainment for your event, we recommend starting your search early and making a decision promptly once you feel comfortable.

Can we choose our own music?

We understand that you may have specific songs in mind that are not listed on the band's song selection. VME bands boast the most extensive and varied repertoire in the industry. Many times, our bands have played songs that haven't made it onto their official list. It's possible that the band is already familiar with your desired song. If not, we are more than willing to accommodate your song requests. To ensure a smooth process, please provide us with ample notice so that the band has enough time to prepare.

Will the band learn new songs?

We realize that there may be a song or two that you had your heart set on that is not listed on the band’s song list. NSE bands maintain the most robust and diverse repertoire in the industry. Often, our bands have performed songs that just did not make it to their list. There is a good chance that the band may already know your song. If not, we are happy to accommodate your song requests. Please give us sufficient notice so that the band has adequate time to prepare.

Does the band emcee and make announcements?

Certainly. Our bands feature professional emcees who excel at making announcements and assisting in event coordination. They work closely with planners and venue managers to guarantee a seamless flow for your event.

Does your band travel?
